Many of the Originals I watched mostly failed but Tsuki ga Kirei is something that exceeded my expectations, in a very beautiful manner. This is the second original that touched me a lot(after True Tears).
The title is a beautiful wordplay on one of Natsume Souseki's quotes. When I first heard of the title, I was afraid of it failing but I'm glad it swept me off my feet.
Story: 10/10

Kuzu no Honkai is surely the underdog of the Winter 2017 season. This anime is not your ordinary romance anime. It delves into the darkness of the human soul, what people find the most uncomfortable(unless they have a NTR fetish).
This series touches me in a very unconventional manner: It dares to challenge and explore the depths of the human soul, how ugly one can get in romance. Throughout the entire series, we see how ugly the characters are: their personality, their attitude and also the selfish desire of possessiveness. This is the first review I'm going to write, and probably the only review unless I can find another anime that will make me re-watch this 8 or more times in a row.
Okada Mari delivered her forte again: Romance and coming of age story. I'll write this review on my perspective so feel free to agree/disagree. It doesn't matter to me since I ain't some professional critic and only writing this because I love the series a lot.
