Relativly new to Anime. Watched it during the late Nineties but not much. I'll give most anime a watch until at least episode 4 before I decide if I keep watching it, but will drop it earlier if it is obviously something that I'm not going to like. I'm not afraid to drop and anime if I'm not feeling it. If I drop one it won't get a rating as I think a permanent rating is invalid unless you are willing to sit throught the entire thing.
