With music, if you're asking for non-anime types, my favorites come from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's from artists like The Doors, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Boston, Queen, Foreigner, AC/DC, Duran Duran, Bon Jovi, and Metallica. When it comes to anime-types, my favorites are from the 80's, 90's, 00's, and this current decade from artists like Mari Iijima, Kinuko Ohmori, Maiko Hashimoto, Hiroko Moriguchi, Akino Arai, TWO-MIX, Minami Kuribayashi, Lia, and Kalafina. With those who are primarily seiyuu who are also singers that I like include; Megumi Hayashibara, Noriko Hidaka, Aya Hisakawa, Junko Iwao, Hiroko Kasahara, Mariko Kouda, Houko Kuwashima, Rica Matsumoto, Michie Tomizawa, and Chisa Yokoyama.
Scroll down to my profile and I have my favorite live action movies listed right above the graph. There's quite a few great actors and actresses out there, but it will take me some time to think up of those who I feel are both talented, yet have brilliant personalities. Once I come up with them, I'll let you know.
I'm glad you enjoy Gundam Wing too ^___^ It's always great to find another person who likes Wing.
I'm also fond of Heero and Relena and I love the pairing of Zechs and Noin too. My favorite male characters are Heero, Duo, Treize, and Zechs and my favorite female characters are Relena, Dorothy, Noin, and Lady Une.
I take it that SEED was tolerable up until Athrun and Lacus broke up, huh? I thought the whole Athrun x Cagalli/ Kira x Lacus stuff was a rushed, both couples hardly knew one another and yet they got together. Plus Kira x Lacus shared no actual chemistry, I don't think they actually kissed...so I don't understand why ppl consider them a great couple.
Cowboy Bebop the Movie takes place in-between episodes 22-23 of the TV series, so it takes place before Spike reunited with Julia in the finale. As for how I felt about the movie, I liked it very much and the characters Electra and Vincent were interesting.
Yeah, I love Gene very much and such an awesome character. My favorite female character of the series is Twilight Suzuka, she's such a cool beauty.
If you're referring to the Gundam franchise as a whole; the ones that I love the most are 0080, The 08th MS Team, Unicorn, and F91 of the Universal Century timeline and Wing and Turn A from the AU's. I'm looking forward to the upcoming Gundam: The Origin anime.
X was pretty good too and was fond of Garrod and Tiffa's relationship and how the two developed as individuals, but I didn't find the Frost brothers strong antagonists and two of the supporting characters that got together at the end didn't make sense and felt too much like "pair the spares", especially since they had no interest in one another before-hand. G was rather enjoyable too and I cried quite heavily in eps. 44 & 45. However I think the female cast lacked any interesting characteristics though.
The main problem I have with the original and Zeta is having little kids around as part of the story, especially in the midst of battle situations when the enemy attacks, and I have no idea why those two little kids in Zeta were in the series, they had no reason in being there. There were a handful of characters I didn't like in Zeta either because they were useless (ex. Rosamia) or were flawed characters who had no redeeming value in them (ex. Reccoa). Some of the deaths were pointless and were just written in for the sake in having a high body count. ZZ was pretty average and I felt the series didn't do Haman's character justice, she was just too awesome to be a part of such a lackluster series and I wished she had more of a role in Zeta. I didn't like how ZZ's first quarter was set up and there were a handful of useless episodes that felt too much like filler. Although I did like Elpeo Puru's character and as far as cyber Newtypes go, she was better developed than Zeta's Four.
0083 was good up until the last few episodes with Nina's character development going south and her actions made no sense, considering how things were in the beginning and it felt like a plot hole. The relationship between Kou and Nina wasn't that good and they don't work well as a couple, considering what Nina did near the end. That Fed womanizer was such a bad character and I didn't care for the likes of him. Otherwise, the better parts about it was the BGM and the great animation quality it had for an early 90's title.
The ones I dislike are Char's Counterattack because I couldn't stand the presence of Quess Paraya, she was such a terrible, bratty character and it was mainly her that ruined the movie for me as well as that Glemy Toto expy, Gyunei Guss. It was a movie that jumped the shark. I also don't like the SEED series, too much of it felt like a teen melodrama and the writing was quite bad for story and character development in SEED Destiny. I have no interest the in AGE and Build Fighters series either. I saw a handful of episodes of the G-Reconguista series and didn't like it all that much, so I quit watching it. I may give 00 a shot one day.
My favorite characters of the show are Faye, Spike, Jet, and Ein from the main characters and also Gren even though he was a minor character. I really can't ship Spike and Julia together mainly because the nature of what was going on around them with Vicious in the mix of this complicated relationship and the harsh existence in being involved with the Red Dragon syndicate.

I am of the opposite opinion that feels Faye is more suited for Spike not only because of their chemistry, but also that the two of them shared similarities of being tied down to the past and once Faye knew that being tied down to the past led to nothing but pain (along with heartache) and moved on, I felt she could offer Spike something more for a better future. So pretty much I prefer Spike x Faye more. Like with Jet, he connected with Spike and had a brotherly bond with him and more than just working partners, Jet was concerned about Spike's well-being in getting back involved with Julia.
As I have said, I haven't gotten around to seeing Betterman yet. Do you plan to update the series out of your dropped list if you completed it?
Have you also seen Outlaw Star, it's also a very enjoyable series too and a fun watch.
With Betterman, I have it on my PTW but still haven't gotten around to seeing it though. I saw that you have it on your dropped list, I take it you didn't like it from what you saw?
Thanks for adding me as a club officer BTW, also I found a video that has Irisviel's song sung by her seiyuu to consider adding as a club video if you'd like.
