Absolutely, even though it's not the funniest anime out there it's still a personal favourite because I watched it when I was through watching a lot of anime and that series was the first one to openly explore and make fun of otaku culture in general, which itself was quite enjoyable and to top all of that the characters are really interesting to watch. Really recommended, please give it a shot.
