If you're a person who is tired of watching a 25+ episode anime full of awkward misunderstandings and embarrassing events with a romance that is as slow as molasses, then this anime is for you.

This anime also has incest and sex scenes, but don't let this stop you from watching it.


Story: 7/10

The only thing that's wrong with the stories is that they don't really have very many episodes, so they can't explore each character and each relationship as much as I'd like them too. However, I believe they were still very well done considering each arc only had 4 episodes to work with.

The romance is ... very fast paced compared to other anime, but even so, I didn't feel like any of the arcs were rushed. They were all satisfying short stories.



Art: 9/10

I loved this show's art. Everything from the intimate scenes, to the backgrounds were well done. Really beautiful for (what I assume) is a standard budget show.



Sound 9/10

This has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard. The staff did a good job picking the right songs for the right moment for maximum impact, plus the music itself is beautiful on its own.

I'm not someone who is qualified to judge voice actors, but the voices all seemed natural to me and the emotion was flawlessly conveyed. I am speaking of the Japanese voice actors here. I haven't heard it in any other language.



Character: 8/10

Each character has their own story that gets explored, but not in a lot of detail. They did well developing each character with the time they were allotted.



Enjoyment: 9/10

This anime was like a breath of fresh air to me. It has an MC with a pair of balls, fast paced; yet well done romance, and it also has tastefully done H-scenes that depict the intimacy and affection the characters have for eachother.


Final thoughts:

If the sex scenes are what is holding you back from starting this show, then I understand, but they are not your typical tacky sex scenes that are depicted in hentai. You can feel the emotions the characters have for eachother.

If the incest is what's holding you back, I have to say that it is very well done too imo, because in this anime, it has consequences, and is dealt with seriously. The MC has a realistic internal struggle with himself over whether it is right, or wrong, and how his peers will perceive him if/once they find out.

If you are 100% unable to watch incest, then I think you're missing out on the rest of this show, and I suggest that you watch it but skip the last 4 episodes (the incest arc).

Let's jump right into my review, shall we?


Story: 1/10

The last 5 minutes of the final episode makes the entire rest of the series a pointless waste of time... so if you plan on watching this, just close your media player RIGHT AFTER the kiss that occurs during the final episode.

It's not possible to give a score lower than 1, but if there were a way to do it, then I would.


... Enjoyment: 1/10

I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy this at all, but a 1 still counts as a mere speck of enjoyment right?

It's like going on a good roller coaster ride. It's a really good ride until it takes you through a tunnel. Unbeknownst to you, the tunnel is filled with concrete. You're cruising through the tunnel and then WHAM!

That's almost a completely accurate representation of what the last few minutes of this show were like. The only reason it isn't completely accurate is because you'd be dead if you went on that roller coaster, whereas this show leaves you alive and suffering.


Art: 7/10

The girls are cute. Not much else to say.


Sound: 5/10

Music wasn't anything special. Voice actors (Japanese ones) did a good job I guess.


Character: 4/10

There was character development throughout the series, and there was some development in these OVA's too... before the plummet that occurred in the last few minutes that is. Basically, Kyousuke and Kirino are back to square one as far as development goes, but they might have a little more respect/affection for eachother. That's it. That's all you get for sitting through two seasons.
