Yeah if your reading the naruto manga, you should try and catch up and soon as you can, 599 they finally reveal tobi's identity. That is 2 days away.

Ok i am not going to nock your review on slayers, but i am just absolutely amazed how you can possibly think slayers try, makes your top 5.

Especially when you have amazing series like elfen lied, madoka, and FMA brotherhood and shakugan no shana. Just HOW did you come to the conclusion that slayers try is your favorite lol.

the amusement park with the talking pig and the puppets, then the ghost ship with the talking jar, the love tail between the fish lady and the guy, the cross dressing goury, and finally the power ranger dress up costumes is just a little to much for me to take. I felt like i have entered a parallel universe of slayers. If those are fillers, they have to be the worst fillers ive seen.

The villians in this season are perhaps the worst that i have seen in the show so far. Season 1 and 2 were pretty decent, but season 3 is just all over the place. Even lina's primary trait about her blowing islands with the dragon slave is like gone. She lets some nuckle headed teddy bear with bombs out wit her. how is that possible? Knowing all the fearsome foes she has faced. In the previous two seasons. There is just so many things wrong with this season. I have not finished it yet but im 5 episodes from it.

i Feel the only thing that is generally interesting in this season is xello's ambitions and Valkove is a some what interesting villain i guess. But hes not as interesting as Rezo from the first season.

So i am just curious how did you find this to be in your top 5.

Personally slayers can be enjoyable, but its pretty average, deffinitly not a perfect series in my book. Season 1 and 2 i ended up giving i about a 7 rating. This season though i'll probably give like a 5.

Don't get me wrong i love your other top series in fact i gave some of those solid 10's. 1st season of shana, elfen lied, and modoka.

I enjyoed your Omamori Himari review 'cause I've also thought this show was, in every sense, awful. I actually scored it 1, because of its somewhat pedo content.

I'm gonna watch Rayearth, basically I want to watch/read everything by CLAMP.
I kinda believe that Wedding Peach had a better romance and at least it wasn't that much of repeative like in Sailor Moon, which in every arc, the same events take place. But... Wedding Peach is so much criticized about being so similar to Sailor Moon. Salvia was kinda similar to Uranus in a way, lol.

Aw, I watched the video you said, but I didn't understand much, haha. I heard that Princess Tutu is unique & it's all about ballet, like in a fairytale, so I have some expectations.

Well, Pretty Cure is more childish in a way, do not expect the characters to have an 'adult life' like they do in Sailor Moon. And also, it barely has any romance like other mahou-shoujo anime.

Nanoha is awesome-- First season starts like CardCaptor Sakura, then it changes to more mature stuff, second season is mostly fights like in Fate/Stay Night, (And the majority believes that the second season is the best), while the third changes dramatically to mecha stuff.

I, too, like the magical girl genre. But anyways, Pretty Cure is not something amazing, but...
There are;

- Pretty Cure
- Pretty Cure Max Heart (Direct Sequel of Pretty Cure)
- Pretty Cure Splash Star (Alternative version of Pretty Cure, no need to watch the first two. Just the characters are similar.)
- Pretty Cure 5 (Entirely new, no need to watch other seasons.)
- Pretty Cure 5 GoGo (Direct sequel of Pretty Cure 5.)
- Fresh Precure (Entirely new, no need to watch other seasons.)
- Heartcatch Precure (Entirely new, no need to watch other seasons.)

Also, they have movies, if you want to watch them. I warn you though, only the 3 first seasons are fully fansubbed & the on-going Heartcatch Precure, the others are not fully subbed.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha is my favorite mahou-shoujo anime, but later it changes and it's more like mecha. There is Wedding Peach that is quite similar to Sailor Moon, Nanatsuiro Drops that is similar to CardCaptor Sakura & Nanoha and Umi Monogatari that is somewhat darker.

I also heard that Princess Tutu, Magic Knight Rayearth and Ultra Maniac are good, but I haven't watched them yet...

I haven't seen all of the anime yet, but it doesn't sound like it'll be worth it...lol

It really is hard to stop reading the series! It's good enough for me to re-read, and I don't ever usually do that with any series. (Except for Skip Beat...my guilty pleasure)

heh, I wouldn't go so far as to say .Hack\\Roots was totally unwatchable, but they really did mess up on the pacing and focus. It just kept going ang going long after it should have ended. And then the ending... Haseo is supposed to be an a-hole at the end. It takes half of .Hack\\GU before he can act like a real person so fixing all his problems for a happy ending is just the final nail
