Hi, sorry about the long wait. Here are a few I can recall;
Chihayafuru - I've only watched a few episodes but it's been competitions so far and it's really looking good.
Aoharu x Kikanjuu - Toy gun fights. Not sure how deep the competion goes since it hasn't got a sequel. It's similar to paintball fights on a small competitive level
I'm going to leave out any sport ones since the majority of them are competitive and you could pick almost any of them up~
Also going to ignore generic school~magic~battle ones like Gakusen Toshi Asterisk because... they suck :S not all but most do
Beyblade, V-force, G-revolution - You've probably seen these though :o
Shion no Ou - famous shogi game in Japan. Competition kind with a story. I'm still watching this one
Cardfight Vanguard - card battles etc. first couple of seasons are a bit competitive.
Dragon Ball series - martial arts competition/tournament is a recurring thing
I've probably missed lots more out but there might be at least one from those you'll enjoy :)
