Unfortunately I only know of ways to read it further in french (and I imagine there are scans out there in the original japanese), but yes it’s available online in full if you look it up in french. As a french speaker I bought the four volumes so it was easy on my end, but unless you’re ready to make good use of a french/jap to english translator (like my spanish friend whom I recommended the series to haha), then your only solution are fan translations already out there and I haven’t seen any chapter higher than 9 in english either, yeah.

It’s unfortunate, but not surprising for a pretty obscure manga like this sadly. Good luck on finishing this series, however or whenever you can! With its current low popularity both in og jp release and fr release + finished status I can’t say if it’ll ever get more attention or translations
