Hey nws! I'm worse as you can see ahah. I often don't watch shows as they're airing because I like to "match" the season of the anime setting to the season of the place I live; opposite to Japan. E.g. I'll find it hard to immerse if it's snowing in the anime whereas I've got a T-shirt and shorts on and it's midsummer lol (hope that makes sense). That being said, I am watching Ao no Hako. I'm not sure what to feel about the story yet because I've just started but good animation/visuals, OP by Hige Dandism and ED by Eve so why not. I share a similar opinion with you on Insomniacs, though I'm also liking the atmosphere of the show (calm soundtracks, night scenery, no noisy character).

I also really like the dichotomy of should Tonbo live her life just playing golf on her island? Or should she venture out and become a pro? Because if she has no interest in going professional then what's stopping her from just enjoying her life. And the show is doing such a great job handling that aspect.

I don't watch anime CG shows tbh, even if it is good CGI. I heard it's been very good due to the rankings, but I've also avoided other big shows like Beastars and Houseki no Kuni because of this reason.

In a year full of romance animes Tomo-chan was pretty good. It honestly surprised me as I felt that the first episode was pretty meh and then rose up with each episode. I'd say it was one of the most improved shows of last year. Plus I love Carol.

Their relationship develops when considering the greenhouse is in the 11th episode, before then it was basically never used. When Miorine tells Suletta she can take care of the garden, and they embrace, I’d say thats the most their relationship develops. How that will play out in future episodes depends on whether or not they’ll bring back the garden.

I've played through Daiteikoku before. It's good for what it is I guess. While I still like it, it's kinda a bit of a let down compared to the masterpieces that are Daibanchou and Daiakuji. The characters are really fun, and the story is good as well for the most part, and it had a lot of interesting ideas, but it's bogged down by gameplay that is just really repetitive and not much replay value.

I do plan on watching Baccano! but I don't really know when. I've got a lot of stuff I literally HAVE to watch like Evangelion, Haikyuu!!, Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan and some more. Thanks though, I'll also put it on my high priority list.

Yea, indeed. Mary is my favorite. She's had the most development and she is getting a slight romance with the MC it seems. I spoiled someones death for that show too so I got pretty pissed. Not gonna say who.

Yea, Gangsta opening was addicting. They did good with the auto tune noises. Usually that kind of stuff sucks.
