Fav. Music: Just about anything, I love artists like Hem and Vienna Teng but I also love Say Anything and a few other more rock type bands, I suppose you could say!
Fav. Books: I love a lot of different books. I really enjoy biographies and history novels (historical fiction too) and also a lot of fantasy/adventure novels. I loved the Harry Potter books and Lord Of The Rings Trilogy.
Fav. Games: I'm more a fan of anything with an rpg label, be it JRPGs, MMORPGs or just normal RPGs. Some of my favorite games include Okami, Kingdom Hearts, The Final Fantasy Games, and Mass Effect.
Random Favs: My favorite color is yellow (or red), my favorite animal is the wolf, my favorite day is monday, my favorite food is anything (xD), my favorite number is 7 and my favorite hobby out of the above is Photography.
Why I joined MAL: Since this is an important question, it was originally to have a place to keep track of what I've watched and how far into it I've watched as well as get recomendations! Now I hope to meet a lot of new people! :3
Fav. Genre of Anime/Manga: I'm into a lot of different things, but I guess looking at my list I like a lot of slice of life, drama, ecchi types of things. I'm interested in a lot and I like a lot, so I guess it's kinda hard to tell you what my favorite is! Just look at my list! It can tell you a lot more!

Welcome to MAL ^_^ (even though I joined MAL today only :P )
Apart from chobits, it doesn't look like you like that many ecchi kind of animes. I would suggest you some other animes, but I'm not too sure what you like >_<
You should give Kanon 2006 a try. Imo its pretty similar to Clannad and Air
later I learned that the people on this site is really nice. and lastly that the forum is very useful for eg like anime or just discussing them, ask questions if you do not understand something (in a series) * TRUE FACT: 3
