Sorry that it's taken me so long to respond, I saw your message awhile back and didn't know what to say and forgot about it. Every time I thought to respond, I didn't know what I wanted to put.

Odd taxi was great. I watched that with some friends online over discord and had a great time. I've never heard of the second til reading your message. Plot description kinda reminds me of samflam, which I remember you said you loved, so I'm not surprised much.

Uhh, for me it's been Yuu Yuu Hakushou that I blew through and loved, and a ton of old and stupid ovas. Only things I really gave a "10" to recently I think was zombie land saga 2 and yuru camp 2. They just hit me so hard, and were both so fun.

I am so sorry about the covid. I actually work at a hospital treating often "the sickest of the sick" that need long term care, and we have had our share of patients. I'd say, it's probably most of what we do now is treating the after effects of covid for those heavily hit. I mean, I just cook so I don't do much, but I do take the patient meal orders and drop off meal trays and such, so I see them, and I know how bad recovery can be. It's not something I would wish on anyone, and I'm so sorry to hear it happened to you.

All that said, I've been playing a lot of anime music quiz, a game that syncs your MAL to the songs on it and lets you guess them. If you are ever interested in that or watching anime over discord with me, just let me know. If not no big deal either :).

I hope that it only improves for you. I've only met you well once, but you have a kind heart, and I wish you only the best.

Hey no problem. Everything is good here :). I have turned into a huge bradio fanboy and would kill to see them live again.


Grisaia is good. I picked it up because H scenes, got bored b/c 20 hours of comedy scenes, fell in love with a huge dramatic scene and ended up nearly skipping the H scenes for more drama when I finally got one. Never did beat another char route. Another day, but it's not my first VN.


Hey political activism is great, I have a feeling with our convo we agree on that and my mom essentially will get elected to county council (as she won the dem primary and will now run against herself, beating the guy that held that spot for 40 years in my city) so i myself have been excited to try to help some progressive change.


Watched some lova hina, it was awful dropped it. Read some of the manga, it was okay but never finished it. Good char designs tho.

Nice haikyuu love. One of my favorite sports shows, aside from chihayafuru.

So far I'm really enjoying it. I know the episode 7 twist and that it gets rather crazy, which is partly why I picked it up. The other thing is, I really enjoy heroes. I am, of course, a big fan of precure and sailor moon, and exploring the concept is super interesting to me. Similarly, I just enjoy series like utena that comment on things and explore ideas.


For all of these reasons, I've found it an engaging watch so far, and I am excited to see more. Especially as I am watching with a roommate and he has no idea what is coming, tho this is slowing down my watch.


I've been playing through the fruit of grisaia VN and it's been absolutely fantastic, and I am through one char so far. Really hit me hard at a few moments, and there's four more characters to go (although she is my favorite by far so far, and I doubt the others can topple that).


Anyways, I hope things are going well with u, was a blast talking to you at otakon and seeing bradio.


I'll leave you with my own request for thoughts. You gave Tsukimi no Ie a 10. This short I found very interesting myself, but have never sat down to articulate my own thoughts on it. If you are interested in doing so, I'd love to hear why you think it's a 10 beyond "it does everything it sets out to do". That much is obvious.
