If you liked Gakuen Senki Muryou add

...then you might like Mouretsu Pirates add

Both are s-f series with high school kids. Shingu's plot regards aliens and how people react to them, on the other side Mouretsu Pirates is a bit more space opera themed. Both had similar tempo and attention to details. Great characters - both main and supporting ones.

If you liked Seto no Hanayome add

...then you might like Nichijou add

Both series use absurd and random jokes and humor. There is very few things that are shown seriously (well In Nichijou there are none I suppose). Difference: more parodies based on TV or mass-media in Seto, but in both case it simply works.

If you liked Sketchbook: Full Color's add

...then you might like Tamayura add

All is to say that, in my oppinion, Sketchbook is like a "spiritual father" of Tamayura. Both include a bit weird girl with clear passion - surrounded by friends. They have their distinctive traits, and bring some humor into the series. But in both cases it's not most important part of it. Just an addition :) What is important that climate, tempo and settings are similar - peacefull and optimistic.

If you liked Kamichu! add

...then you might like Tamayura add

Both take place in small communities, pictured with great detail. Similar slow and peacefull atmosphere. Also main character is somehow shy girl, accompanied by her friends (weird or not it's up you to decide). All ends well, with a bit of character development.

If you liked Aria the Origination add

...then you might like Tamayura: Hitotose add

As for now those are two series which are most similar (yes I'm counting also OVA) both fluffy and warm slice of life, with slow tempo and nice scenery also I've choosen Orgination as both of them show main character developing and changing.
