Any criticisms is considered a attack on them. Surfing on the internet show that some community want their own echo chamber.

It been a hot minute since I last watch Death Note xD
My memory is kinda blurry.

Out of the "Big Three", Naruto/Bleach fandom is pretty chill. One Piece fandom, however, is full on toxic 24/7

Those people isn't worth it to interact with. Their mind is already set.

I would say shonen fans are known for throwing: "hur dur, X get better after X episodes". Idk any SM fans that are toxic

It seems like you've had many unfortunate experiences on this website and Reddit. I tend to be more secluded with my opinions and only interact with level-headed people. On Reddit they tend to be much more baised about their opinions they hate accepting any sort of feedback or any argument against their own sooo I get you. Mustve sucked being banned tho -- that's why I just tend to view rather than interact, ill thumbs up comments tho.

Anyway, your reviews weren't bad, and I enjoyed how formative they were so I'm glad I could find you on this forsaken website.

Hey, I honestly just found you randomly while scrolling through gungrave reviews i think. Might've just been found through profile hopping I forgot, profiles with favorites that aren't very well known to me or popular/elitist series stick out and I noticed yours.

I understand wanting to avoid communicating with the major part of MAL, personally, i like to think of myself being quite active. As long as you avoid interacting with hard-headed fans you'll be fine. I usually only interact by friending people for animanga recs and replying to comments.

Not only that, current online discourse doesn't revolved around the "X" series anymore.

They only there to aroused outrage from "X" fandom.

It so bad, some anime fans will send death toward that person.

Example, Chibi Review(anituber) got doxxed all because he didn't like Boruto.
The situation quickly escalated. They even posted & try to pretend that Chibi Review posted CP on his discord(highly disturbing to see unknown anon possessing CP).
