Oh no, I think we started the never ending loop of recommendations! No, I haven't played Alice Mare, so I guess it's one more game to the list for me~ And yes, I 100% agree, that finishing all endings is important in branching games. Though, if they made it too difficult to obtain, like, if I had to replay the entire game to get it, then I would settle for watching the playthrough on youtube or something.

When I started DR2, I was very disappointed with the introduction of the new cast, I felt like they could never replace the DR1 characters I already grew to like and care about. But, somehow, they managed to change my mind somewhere along the lines. I think, Komaeda alone is worth a whole lot of characters :D I didn't follow the DRV3 news before the release, cause I was really afraid of spoilers, but I always kept the possibility of Rantaro being alive in my mind until the end. And I liked Tsumugi's free time events a lot.
Yep, that's it, thanks! Have you read it, then? I must confess, I actually haven't played through most of the post-game content in both DR1 and 2, so I've missed a lot of FTEs, and novels and so on. I think I'll need to make one last dive into the Danganronpa world to amend that. I'm not sure if I'll be able to come back from that though xD

I also finished Karneval recently. I can't honestly say that I was able to enjoy it as much as you did tho.. wait, no, please, not the unfriend button, nooooo!! :D I feel like most of the fights were interrupted by 'the higher-ups saving the day'. And the cast is pretty big, so I didn't have a chance to get attached to most of them, they all feel rather mysterious (and so does Karoku). I liked the main characters though, and I think the episodes about Gareki's past were among the strongest ones, along with the final battle. And the show sure knows how to do 'cute' right: the designs of the rabbits and Nai's animal form are adorable!

Same~~~ I have to many animes that I plan to watch too. I'm watching Osomatsu-san and Saiki Kusuo Psi-nan Season 2. I'm also waiting for Mahotsukai no Yome to finish airing first before starting to watch it. I started watching Boku no Hero Academia yesterday too (finally after almost 2 years of procrastination lol).
You like Pandora Hearts, right? I always want to watch it too but those new animes keep distracting me haha. Maybe I'll start it after I finish BnHA.

Ib was my first game in that genre as well! Speaking of cross-overs, I actually didn't recognize the characters on the right of the third image I sent to you, so now I want to play the game they're from, Forest of Drizzling Rain. I fell into my own trap!

I agree that V3 is the best game of the series, though I enjoyed the second game more that the first one. Komaeda is easily my favorite Danganronpa character, he was actually in my MAL favorites until I transfered him to my gallery in the about me section. So I went into V3 looking for similar characters, and I felt like Komaeda was split into three: his looks went to Rantaro, the 'good' part of his character - to Ouma, and the creepy part - to Korekiyo. So I ended up liking this trio, and overall I think the V3 guys leave a much stronger impression than the girls. I was laughing every time Ouma said or did anything, so my 'top1 of V3' should probably go to him, but Korekiyo consistently ranks at 15/16 in character popularity polls, which makes me want to support him with all I've got :D You took the idea of 'supporting the unpopular characters' even further by placing Tsumugi in your favorites, she is the one who ranks at 16/16 in those polls! You have my respect, ahaha xD When it comes to best V3 girl, I would probably pick everyone's Ouma's favorite mom, Kirumi Tojo. I also like Celeste, Byakuya, Mukuro and Hiyoko. I think most Mukuro fans start liking her after reading the story about her and Makoto? If you read it, please tell me the name of that story, I feel that I should check it out.
And yes, you're totally right about the videogame adaptations in general, and Danganronpa 1/3 anime in particular.

Hmm, I might change my mind later, but just based on the genres and MAL recs (K project, Pandora Hearts and Black Butler), I think I'll pick Karneval.

Yeah, I know, It's always like that with source material and anime adaptations. At least manga and LNs frequently gets good adaptations: most of the VN adaptations are really bad.

I like that there are a lot of talented artists among the fans of these RPG maker games, and sometimes I stumble upon the cross-over fanart between different games. So here's a couple to keep you motivated to try it out! :D

By the way, I see, that you've watched both Danganronpa and Danganronpa 3, did you play the games? I'm a big fan of the series.

I'm good too, currently in the middle of celebrating my 200th anime anniversary by watching the shows my friends recommended to me. Care to contribute one? :D It can be any one of your favorites, as long as it's not too long. I'll probably only get to watching it next week though.

Now I wish Leo appeared more in the anime. Unfortunately, every time I tried getting into manga in general, I came to a conclusion, that the medium is not for me. I prefer having more text and inner monologue, and less imagery, so I'm more into visual novels and light novels :p

Wow, that surprised me, you sure have a good taste in characters~ I love the witches in general, I'm one of those people, who'll defend them by saying they Did nothing wrong to the bitter end :D You're right, they definitely deserve more love~
I remember not getting anything going on after finishing the Pocket Mirror, so I had to watch a couple of long explanation videos on youtube afterwards. After I did though, everything clicked and I just thought, 'oh, wow, this is genius'. Have you played the Angels of Death? You should definitely try it out one day, if you haven't.

I've watched it a long time ago, so I don't remember much, but my best boi would probably be Xerxes Break and best girl would indeed be The Will of the Abyss. Can't say I rememember Leo though, sorry, does he get more 'screen time' in the manga?
