http://myanimelist.net/anime/12189/Hyouka - Probably my favourite school slice of life anime. It's a bit different from the standard formula. Has some mystery, romance, all the good stuff!

http://myanimelist.net/anime/10162/Usagi_Drop - Super cute slice of life, about a guy raising a kid. Heartwarming and lovely.

For something different:
http://myanimelist.net/anime/7724/Shiki - A mystery thriller with a slow, steady buildup with a fantastic culmination. Great take on the vampire genre. Definitely recommend, and stick through the start even if you find it slow/boring!
http://myanimelist.net/anime/19/Monster - Probably one of, if not the best, plots/stories in anime or media in general. Slow-progressing, character-driven despite it's incredible plot, the perfect mystery thriller.
http://myanimelist.net/anime/10165/Nichijou - Nichijou. Literally "everyday life". The ultimate slice of life. Very comedy heavy, with great character chemistry, art, etc.
http://myanimelist.net/anime/11843/Danshi_Koukousei_no_Nichijou - Quite parody heavy, big cast of characters again with great synergy. Each episode consists of defined, short skits.
http://myanimelist.net/anime/4081/Natsume_Yuujinchou - A slice of life, but not quite typical so I'll list it here. Has 4 seasons, each as good or better than the last. Amazing story and character growth.
http://myanimelist.net/anime/245/Great_Teacher_Onizuka - While the tags say "slice of life" "school" "comedy" and "drama" it's not like most other shows with the same tags. It's about Onizuka, the former bike gang leader who's now a teacher. Old, but gold; great character, comedy, story!
