Oh for sao, I think season 1 and season 2 are garbage cause they are really lacking in logic and the harem kirito makes ends up becoming waifu rejects and cast aside, I still also believe the Yuuki arc was the biggest waste of time I've ever watched. But overall if your a new anime watcher, I would recommend watching sao so you don't become big brain like me just yet who already notices the cliche, filler, etc. For the alicization arc, I think it's probably the best arc out of the series with no useless cliche harems in the way and its kinda the most realistic arc, though defeating a god is kinda pushing it. Sao is just a mediocre series if you ask me, but it gets better.

How'd you find me?

Because the whole reason why they made it is to get people interested. So it is supposed to grab your attention, get you interested in the show. The problem is that its just a OVA promo and does not give enough context in which to get you hyped for the show. I am not the only one who thinks that it was unneeded. There is another review on it that also states the small bit was unneeded. They have also placed it separate of the original anime which also shows that this community sees it as something that stands alone.

My reviews that long ago were not that great so I may not of explained that well about why I felt it was unnecessary but I still stand by my opinion of it.

My review wasn't for anime culture, it was for the show. I found it uncomfortable and annoying. Just cause I'm three years younger than you doesn't mean my opinion is any less valid than yours. I've watched anime for less than 2 years, how many anime did you expect me to have watched in this time? In the same logic, how should I trust your opinion regarding anything outside of anime looking at the amount of them that you've watched? But that's not how the world works

365 days is a bit high seeing as neither of us have that. But I think at least 200 complete series and 25 years of age should be a prerequisite for reviews.

To answer your questions. I started watching anime because I was bored of films and TV series, watching anime really is a big downgrade, but, at the same time, it feels like a breath of fresh air.
I rate in a more objective manner, my scores do not reflect my enjoyment of the shows, therefore I may rate something as 4/10 and still have a blast watching it.
