While both shows have completely different generes, both share everything else. Both anime share the episodic style with interconected story points and characters that get foreshadowed every episode. Both are carefully woven stories with interesting characters crossing paths and storylines. Both share a distinctive art style, Kuuchuu Buranko being more chaotic and colorful, and Odd Taxi being... well... represented with animals as characters. Both share a protagonist which serves as a center and in some cases guide for the rest of the cast while dealing with problems of their own. Kuuchuu Buranko is way mor extravagant and weird, but if you enjoy the inteligent format of Odd Taxi and the way it presents and deals with its characters, dont hesitate to give Kucchuu Burank a try, it is really good.
