This is an ecchi anime so you have to make a review corresponding to the genre... I have seen many reviews of anime of this style that complain about "Fanservice" which seems kind of silly to me... For example, a person does not watch a hentai anime expecting there to be no "hentai".

Shoukoku no Altair is an anime that at first can be boring and generic but as the story progresses we see an improvement and a very good development of the plot and the characters. Of course the anime is not a "masterpiece" but it is quite entertaining and enjoyable ...
