Paul Dobson, of the brothers Dobson (himself, Michael, and Brian), is an accomplished Canadian voice actor, one of the many who work with Ocean Group, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Paul is frequently cast in one of two roles: a brilliantly cunning, evil villain, or a thuggish strong guy. He also plays characters that provide some sense of comic relief, usually a minion of some kind of relatively small size.

Arguably, Paul's most notable role as a villainous character would be Naraku from InuYasha, with the manipulative Sideways from Transformers: Armada and the vicious dark-hunter Nidhiki from Bionicle 2: Legends of Metru Nui as close seconds. As the tough guy, he is recognized as the elder Enzo Matrix from ReBoot, and the unstoppable Juggernaut from X-Men Evolution. His prominent comedic roles are Myoga from InuYasha, and Howdy from Hamtaro, as well as Happosai from Ranma ½. He commonly acts alongside his brothers, such as during the hit Bionicle movies B2 and B3, in which he also played Toa Whenua (a strong-guy character), as well as during Ranma 1/2 and Hamtaro. He had voice Doctor Doom in the Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes animated series.

Some of his video game roles, he can be heard as Sgt. Dwight Boykin in Dead Rising 2. Sometime in 2011 with the release of Marvel vs Capcom 3 & Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, he reprise his role as Doctor Doom, as well as voicing Shuma-Gorath.

the Dobson brothers never fails to impress me with their vocal versatality, and Paul himself is no exception to that.

this guy is capable of doing so many voices that not many people can instantly recognize and I appreciate it, going to my experience of his voice work I can't praise him enough for the amount efforts he put to several characters he voiced.

one of my favorite roles of his that I like to mention, and again this isn't anime related stuff, is definitely Mole Man from Fantastic Four World's Greatest Heroes.

he gaved the character the right amount of haminess that I can't get enough of, it was pretty obvious to me to tell that he had the time of his life, and has also gave an excellent ballance between sounding creepy, silmy and arrogant at the same time.

would like to hear more of his voice work of other cartoons/anime that he has done, I can't wait for that.

Why is this happening?! I mean, come on! The Seasonal Spirits: New Years' girls were watching a movie called: Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture on Sunday? ELIZABETH'S RIVAL ENEMY SHOULD BE HAUER!!! And Carrie might be even jealous of Hauer's actions.

I'll never be over how he plays both Naruku and Myouga like wtf.
He should play more villains, he sounded so sinister as Naraku

He is great at voicing Villains and such a great voice actor all together. Still hoping he gets a role in the Gintama dub.

His Demitri, Alastor & Happosai are just plain awesome. It was great too see him reprise his role as Doctor Doom for MvC3/UMvC3 & voicing Shuma-Gorath as well.
