Man with a Mission (マン ウィズ ア ミッション) is a Japanese alternative pop band with features of hard rock and dance pop that was formed in 2010 in Shibuya, Japan.

They are made up of five band members, with stage names of Tokyo Tanaka (vocals), Kamikaze Boy (bass), Jean-Ken Johnny (guitar), DJ Santa Monica (disc jockey), and Spear Rib (drums). Their distinguishing feature is that all of the members wear differently designed wolf masks during both their concerts and their music videos.

Before becoming popular, the band invented a back-story for why they wear wolf masks, which involves them being created as the "Ultimate Life Form" by Jimi Hendrix, who is described by the band as being the doctor of the guitar and master wolf biologist.

When a lot of singers and writers in Japan make songs that use English, or even write English songs in Japan, they more often than not sound pretty backwashed to actually fluent Americans, Britons, Canadians, and Australians.
These guys however, while maybe singing phrases that may not always sound grammatically aimed, (but not any worse than a common American rock band) do not simply say an English word here and there that leads to no real impact, or trip over themselves with nonsensical phrases that makes me want to send their composer to my college’s Language Arts professor’s lectures.
They, or at least their composer, has a solid understanding of the English they write in to their songs, combined with the unique tones used during the actual output that near-seamlessly brings it alive without killing the mood or disrupting transitions from English to Japanese.
Combine that with the, while not world shattering or genius, but genuine compelling context they use in their songs that actually gives purpose to their lyrics;
And you have me doing this
