I'm not really sure why this exists.
Fukukaichou Ganbaru is a spin-off from Prison School about Meiko. But what's really the point of making one, if Meiko was always in the picture and had more than enough screen time?...
Not much occurs. Every chapter can be read in 1-2 minutes as there is no dialogue (at all) and is about 9 pages long with one "story-line" (can I call it that?) for each issue. And those stories are rather predictable and boring: Meiko does math, Meiko eats, etc.. Everything seems to be an excuse for drawing more Meiko, but it's not like those poses that were
drawn weren't in the original manga.
Not much to talk about. It has less of a vibe of the original manga and feels somewhat cartoony. Not bad, tough.
Certain characters like Hana, Gakuto, Mari appear on the pages, but their appearances are too brief.
I did not enjoy this. It is too short, too predictable and seems like a cash-grab.
I do not recommend to read this spin-off even if you're a fan of the original manga. Read this only if you really (!!!) like Meiko.
