It should be stated first that I have a bit of bias—I am a big fan of Jin, the creator of Kagerou Project and co-creator of Nirvana. Despite this, I did not go into this story expecting much. And that's exactly what I got—not much.
In the afterward of volume 1, Sayuki says that they set out to make a typical shounen but with one catch—the main character is a girl.
