THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE END OF THE SWAP⇔SWAP MANGA

...
I honestly thought this manga could take a permanent spot at #1 on my favorites list. Unfortunately, like many Shoujo Ai series, the ending was absolutely disappointing.
When I picked up this manga halfway through its publishing time. I quickly found myself falling in love with the relationship dynamic of the main girls Haruko and Natsuko. I was totally enthralled with thoughts of how their relationship (and the relationships of the surprisingly interesting and likable side-characters) would be developed. For 51 chapters I was in a constant state of excitement for what would happen next.
When I finally saw: "Chapter 52 (END)" pop up on my screen, I was horrified. There was clearly at least 15 chapters worth of content to be explored before a satisfying ending could happen. At this point I was expecting a shitty romance confession and a rushed relationship. I wasn't overly frustrated yet, as this was the norm in Shoujo Ai manga.
Bafflingly enough, the ending was actually far worse than I had imagined.
As I was expecting the rushed romantic finish, I instead found out there was absolutely no resolution WHATSOEVER. No romantic progress, no real indication that the characters had grown substantially since the start of the series, and overall nothing of value had been accomplished.
Maybe I'm being too harsh, as this type of ending is not at all rare in this genre of manga, but I really had higher expectations for this series. This wasn't some "yuri undertones" series centered around implied feelings and misunderstandings, there were real, canon lesbian relationships.
At the end of the day, I find myself completely and utterly disappointed by what this manga did with the immense potential it had.
Overall 5/10
