Ok I'm not really experienced with CGDCT, but because it's about camping I mainly came to see the beautiful scenery of Japan's mountains and night sky.

I liked all the characters, they're cute (well obviously), and they all have good personalities. There is a quick development in terms of how the characters start to share a strong bond of friendship. It's to the point of doubting whether there is development or not. I mean, this manga is basically just a cycle of moe, food and camping...

There are some funny scenes too, which adds to the enjoyment of reading this manga. We also get to know ... about camping, like what you need and things like that. This manga actually convinced me of going camping. Also, we get to know some interesting facts about Japan's geography, and of course their beauty too.

The art is alright, but not the best in my opinion. I hope the anime adaptation does better on that. Overall, I'd give this an 8. Thanks for reading my review.

Art
Although the art in manga can be considered as relatively inferior to the anime its still fulfils the requirements to be good enough for the atmosphere of this manga. The sceneries, the locations & the information about them are all surprisingly accurate.

Sound
As good as the anime's ost was, regrettably manga being consisted of pages or pixels cannot generate a really good sound. Its recommended to listen to yuru camp ost while reading this manga.

Characters
The characters preety much remain the same and thats good. One does not require jojo-level character development in a slice ... of life/iyashikei manga about camping. The various characters and their different behaviour/viewpoints might be relatable to many.

Plot
Revolving around 2 of the best concepts, food & travellimg the plot is perfect for a camping manga. Its good enough to make its reader relax and take a break from all their accumulated stress.
Adding a bit of personal remark, yuru camp takes, combines & utilizes the best parts of shokugeki no soma (cooking food) & gin no saji (not being afraid of doing new things)

Overall
Read it or Regret it.
Although it would be 10 times better if you could watch the anime.

It´s basically a story about cute girls going camping, building friendship etc. The art is nice (according to me nicer than in the anime), there are a lot of funny moments and since its short, you can easily read in all at once. What was lacking was some kind of character development, but since the story is about girl finding new friends I guess this was achieved; but don´t expect anything more.
And interesting fact: I´ve read this manga on manganelo.com. I don´t know about other pages, but the version on this side has always 1-2 pages extra from the translator, where are very putative ... info and photos about the localities, onsens, camping sites etc mentioned in the story. That was definitely interesting!
For me, solid 7/10.
