This is a manga that deserves an official translation more than any other manga. The obscurity of this masterpiece is almost a crime. Gotou Kakushi is a mangaka whose works are lewd . At the same time he's a single father of his 10 year old daughter Hime. Out of concern for her he hides his real profession.
This is a pretty simple premise, however, don't let that fool you. This manga is filled with all the clever social commentary and black humor Kumeta is known for. The majority of it focuses on the manga industry and various things about being a mangaka that readers
don't know about. As the author admits, quite a lot of it is taken straight out of his personal experiences. This side of the manga is really intriguing, as well as refreshing. The comedy here is lighter than in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei but just as clever and at times even funnier. The simple design doesn't stop them from being very distinct and instantly recognizable. Their personalities are one of the best and most creative designs ever. At the same time they're easy to like.

The promotional video they made for him gives me hope that one day the adaptation will be made. Right now, however, the only thing we have is scanlators
