Manga: Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne
Both series have a phantom thief who steals artwork, with some romance along the way. However, they're not simple repeats of one another (even though they seem like it at first), so you can still enjoy both without getting bored.

Simillarities: Same author, simillar character types, unpredictable plot, simillar relationships, the main differences is in the theme as 1001 knights has more of an Arabian theme with shounen ai undertones and DN angel has a more magical romance theme.

The protagonist of both of these manga is a phantom thief that is so succesfull and frequent at stealing items of interest his name is legendary among the people.

Manga: Kannade
Both are fantasy mangas about a kid who has to work as an art thief. Both deal a lot with art. Kannade is a bit darker than D.N.Angel. The artwork style is pretty similar.
