There isn't much to say about The Prince's Cactus - its content is pretty much just a generic chick lit work, only given a manga (manhua) form.
The story is very typical - a plain regular girl with a bit of attitude accidentally meets a pretty and rich man from a higher society whose attention she catches thanks to her attitude as unlike others she doesn't treat him as a royalty (although purely thanks to lack of critical information). Well, initially they don't get along that much for a very short time but after bunch of pages he obviously falls in love with the heroine
