Preliminary Spoiler

QQ Sweeper is a prequel to Motomi-sensei's latest manga Queen's Quality. It's amazing how the quality of art improved since Dengeki Daisy.
I'm judging this manga from the perspective of a prequel, meaning - if there are things that are not entirely explained by the end of the last chapter or anything that can be deemed unsatisfactory - it will surely be explained later on in Queen's Quality. The story is great. It's a splash of Motomi-sensei's usual humour and light drama, with a tenderly developing romance, and a intriguing supernatural premise. The synopsis doesn't explain much, but the story is basically about exorcism and ...

*may contain subtle spoilers*

The entire shoujo community has been blessed again with another epic Motomi Kyousuke masterpiece.

Entering a person's subconscious through mysterious doors and cleaning the mess in their mind and hearts: that's the simplest way to explain this story's concept, but there's much more to it than what meets the eye.
In my personal opinion and perspective, this story might have subtle connections with real life issues of a person's mental state despite its unrealistic fantasy element- specifically talking about depression. The heaviest volume - the third one - contains quite a lot of dark drama as well as attempted suicide. A person's ...

Oh wow, I did not expect to like this series as much as I ended up doing!

Frankly speaking, when l started this series l kinda dreaded trying to read it because l quickly just wanted to get into Queen’s Quality. l read the 1st chp & then put it on hold for a while because l got distracted & became uninterested.
HOWEVER, this series - IT WAS REALLY GOOD.

The artwork is quite pretty, & I’m grateful to the author for putting so much effort in the panels, I appreciate their hardwork.
As for the world, it was really interesting. The characters too were lovable and I ...

QQ Sweeper is a series that looks, at first glance, to be a lot shorter than it actually is. The manga abruptly stops at the end of its first act and then continues onward as a different manga called Queen's Quality. This makes QQ Sweeper kind of hard to do a full review on as all I'm really reviewing is a beginning, and usually when it comes to storytelling you have to see a middle and end to really know if the set-up panned out like it should have, or at the least have gotten more than what equates to 3 out of 8 volumes ...

QQ Sweeper is about a family of cleaners who go out and keep the world clean, not just in the physical world, but also people's minds. Fumi is a girl with no family and nowhere to go, after searching desperately for a live-in job she finally (through a weird turn of events) ends up working for the family as a cleaner in training.
As a disclaimer, I read volume 1 of Queen's Quality before I read QQ Sweeper. I was unaware of these volumes until midway through volume 1. From what I've gathered, QQ Sweeper is considered a sequel to the series, but also not really. ...
