The plot is similar and the characters are quite similar too. The art in B.O.D.Y reminds of the art in KFL.

I have to say that it's JUST like this! a girl that likes someone and then dislike him, but when he decide he wants to like her too, they are together. and it's also have the "I'm lying! haha!" thing. :X

eh, I see that Ouran has a lot of recommendations, so I'll keep this short. In B.O.D.Y, the main character is a host, but that's only like 30% of the plot. He falls for the girl, and the girl rejects him, but eventually they fall in love. The MC girl is more feminine, and no crossdressing. I just thought it was pretty similar, but this one is more of a mature love, only a few comedy parts.

Both mangas have similar (near) endings. Also, relationship between others seem similar (except in Usotsuki Lily, they have really weird relationships, but fights and such are pretty similar in both). Both main couples must go through complications in plot and learn to accept each other, no matter who they are, in order to move on with their relationship. However, Usotsuki Lily is much more complex and comedic, whereas B.O.D.Y is complex, but serious and full of many shoujo cliches.

Both girls get involved with hosts, but while in B.O.D.Y the girl falls in love with an actual host, in this manga the boy falls in love with the girl and he isn't an actual host. Even tough there aren't many similarities, I think that you'll like them both. :)

Both manga have the same plot. On and off again boy and girl, they love each other but cant convey their feelings. I personally like the way B.O.D.Y. handles the cliche more so than the way Ao Haru Ride does, but that's just preference. So if you've read and liked one of these manga the other would be a great next read!

Both include a couple facing incoming/personal difficulties. Similar highschool life and a similar humorous feel to it.

Fuji & Kyouya are both sadistic guys who enjoy toying with a girl's emotions. But Fuji is a host club member & Kyouya is just a guy with a cold exterior, but both are almost impossible to know what they are thinking. Not to mention Erika and Sakura both get angry at the guys who treat them poorly. but still end up falling for the guy.

While reading it I found it similar to B.O.D.Y, not because of the story, because of the art. I think everyone who loves Socrates in Love will love B.O.D.Y.

Both of these manga series have similar settings. Both has the main plot line of a girl meeting a guy she initially doesn't get along well with, but ongoing development in their everyday school lives brings them both closer together. Many of the standard romance shoujo elements are present, but any shoujo fan would see this as a strength then a weakness. Both series also comes with excellent artwork.

Both have a girl that doesn't like the boy at first but ends up liking him. More problems happen making their relationship stronger. Other characters also interrupt their relationship. :)
