In Blue Dragon, shadows can fuse with their hosts. This is the history of the teenager, Ral, and his shadow, the Blue Dragon Grado, that his father, a king, imprisoned together in the dungeon of the castle when Ral was a young baby. One day, when the shadows besieges the castle, his personal educator, Mio, releases him to protect the castle and repel the shadows.
Ral Grad, full name Blue Dragon Ral Grad, Is a manga based on the Blue Dragon video games.
Although the art is great, which is to be expected because it is drawn by Takeshi Obata, the plot is lacking. The story has been overdone, and the characters can be quite annoying. Despite having being based on a child's video game, the manga has some ecchi scenes. It is not as enjoyable as I wished for, but it was entertaining to look at the art.
I'm not good with reviews and it's been a while since I finished Ral Grad, but I'm a huge fan of it.
When I was reading RG (real grad), I was still new in the manga world, maybe that's why I thought the manga was one of best and I later found out about Death Note anime, watched it, loved it and realized, they had the same author.
After that I was even more excited about reading RG and was very upset when it finished but I still liked the ending though.
The main character was amazing and a big pervert but considering his background, maybe
it was alright :p. I thought the whole shadow concept was pretty cool. I just wish they it just had more volumes. I don't get why the other reviews make the manga look bad. Maybe the plot as bad but I didn't notice that.
All the ecchi sutff were just soooo good. That's one the reasons why I kept reading the manga.
Overall RG is really good. Anyone who liked Death Note will probably like it. Awesome art, fighting and good fanservice. What is there to want more?
The other reviews are way off. One gave it a 3 and the othe ar 6 which are lower than the average raiting (7.2) meaning they're too baised...
Story plot: Great.
Art work: Great.
Humor: Oh yeah.
We have a manga that was done by Obata, Takeshi, and Takano, Tsuneo one did the art and the Story. Obata, Takeshi of Death Note teams up with Takano, Tsuneo to create a manga for readers to enjoy a manga as a "MANGA" not a TV show for kids.
You have a Game and an Anime that was done and non compare to a story that could be as popular as the "Double Rainbow song". Having action packed into this 4 Volume manga leaves me wanting to read it over and over.
If you want to read a manly manga or
a adult manga..... not something that resembles Dragonball Z and is not for a seven year old, then this is for you. Kages, fights, attractive women, and men that would make a woman melt. If this manga could become anime then there would have to be a age limit on it. Something like Warning must be "epic" to watch.
