This is a pretty standard school slice of life, and hence it lives and dies on the strength of its characters and character interactions. To some degree, the set-up of characters was interesting. The main characters entire family being strange did provide potential to be amusing. Perverto had some moments where it really seemed like he had potential for growth. Hongdan dealing with who she is could have yielded great development. The other guys and girls all had their own circumstances. However, they didn't really mesh well with each other at all, and none of the characters really had character arcs. Rather, it shuffled between a bunch of characters without using any of them well. There was what could have been some solid moments,

but they lacked the buildup and context to make them so. The ending tried to rush some growth, but it felt rushed up to the point it wasn't entirely clear what happened exactly. And furthermore, beyond that beginning it didn't really seem that it was trying to be all that comedic either. Hence, the manga didn't have much going for it at all. The art was okay.
tl;dr: A manga that has some potential to it's characters but jumps around too much and never really uses it.
