Synopsis

When he was three years old, Doushirou's father took him away to America and raised him in the Nevada countryside. Twelve years later he returned to his mother in Japan, and for some reason he's become a like real samurai! After growing up on warrior tales, how will Doushirou deal with life as a modern Japanese high school student?

This is actually a pretty good manga and for the life of me , dont know why the stopped translating it.
The story isn't something we haven't seen before , but its told ever so well.The characters are fun and the arts good.
This one would be a keeper , if it was just updated more often.

Another entertaining manga from Hiroyuki Nishimori. To start, Doushirou is a fun read. The concept is amusing, having a samurai in modern times experiencing delinquency. The archetypes are typical and enjoyable. The story is alright, a bit nondirectional sometimes. I enjoyed the friendship bonding scenes and the homie slice of life. The cast is typical and lovable for a delinquent manga. My favorite character might just be Ikeuchi, the cap man. I specifically find his character very funny and a much needed comedic contrast.
