If you're familiar with any of Takamichi's previous works then you'll know what to expect from them this time around.

A solid manga with less focus on story and plot with a more character driven feel with the focus being on the setting (which is developed very well from the art) and how characters interact within that place.

The art is beautiful and fits the feel of the manga very well.

Overall, very enjoyable short read with great art and characters placed in a beautiful setting.

Having already read Takamichi's Yuru Yuru, I could not help myself in wanting that same pleasure, so I took it upon myself to go and read another title of his which looked similar to Yuru Yuru, being "Ritou no Umi" or "Umi of the Island".

Anyways, the story is based on a girl named Umi with her friends and relatives who lives in the islands of Namaco, Kurage, and Nakama. It is one of those s.o.l that has no real plot and is just the daily activities the inhabitants do. Generally alright if you are looking for something simple to ...
