There were two things that stood out in this story to me: The secondary characters and how it tells the story beyond the first kiss. I can't say that there was really anything else. It isn't a profound story that throws you on an emotional roller coaster by any means. It's fluff, plain and simple, and it does a great job at it. The art and story is cute, the main characters were okay, the girl annoyed me a bit and there isn't much to the guy. Despite that I really enjoyed this story and it was definitely worth the hour and a half it ... took to read.

Harem Lodge is a quick, easy read that will leave a soft feeling in your heart, but wishing there was more.

Story - 7

The storyline of this manga was almost no existant till the very end. However, there was a lot of effort put into revealing the characters backgrounds. Unfortunately, the story kind of lacked 'oomph' and just when it was getting started, it ended too early.

Art - 8

I found no fault with the art, and actually appreciated the small details in teh scenery.

As i mentioned, the characters had a background and so they felt very real.

Enjoyment - 8

I enjoyed the characters and their antics, and i loved the coupling. Also, i loved how the two teens were brought together.

The first stage you have to pass to love a manga like this is to accept it as a shoujo story and move on.

I'm trying to be a little aware of what it means to read a shoujo story, especially if it's short like this, it's cute and simple and doesn't fill you with emotional or push you to go out looking for a girl to love and that's what I loved the most, it may show you deceptive, unrealistic images of the meaning of love, romance and loyalty, But it's really good at making you have fun.

I read it this afternoon to have a ... little fun, and it worked for me
