Manga: Boarding House of Hunks
Same type of genre's and plot of one girl surrounded by guys. Cute lovable stories.

Manga: Genius House
It's a harem, sort of thing, with a lot of guys, and one girl. They're both short, though Genius House is only one chapter, and Harem Lodge is two volumes. There was one character that was very similar in both; a thug who enjoyed cooking/baking.

In both: Due to difficult family circumstances girl goes to stay in a boarding house full of eccentric people. She eventually falls in love with one of the tenants, who is lacking in common sense and who has a troubled family history himself.

Manga: Kuragehime
They both give me the same feelings. A group of misfits sharing a home together, eventually a member of the opposite sex is introduced, and romance ensues. In Harem Lodge the men are all attractive, and in Kuragehime the women are all considered unattractive, but each person has character development and personal quirks. Both have cross-dressing and are heart warming.

Comedy, romance and both tell about a girl living with boys (and a travestite). They are a bit similar and if you've read one maybe you'd like the other.
