Both are fairly serious takes on the brother-sister incentuous relationship.

Both shares the concept of "forbidden love" between brother and sister. Though in Forbidden Kiss they aren't blood related while in Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru the siblings are not only blood related but also twins.

Both have forbidden love between siblings.

Both related by blood siblings. Flower of Evil is a bit more daring, kind of outlandish. Nice drawings. Full of incest! I definitely see the parallel between the two manga/hwa.

Smut with stupidly immature characters. Both main male leads are manipulative and aggressive when it comes to their love interest, forcing an ultimatum on them. Both feature an incestuous relationship, in Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru its between twins, whereas 17-sai, Kiss to Dilemma is between close cousins.

Forbidden love stories between siblings. Both works have a creepy and possessive Brother/Step Brother who harms Sister/Step Sister emotionally and physically. Both works have a somewhat dark feel to them, although Boku wa Imouto is more light-hearted, with some Comedy elements to it.

Both have to do with incest between a brother and a sister.

I think these two manga are the same, because both have kind of the brother and sister forbidden love thing going on.

Both are smutty manga with plenty of drama which involve love between twins, even though Imouto has actual incest, while Ceres doesn't. Also, Aya and Iku are very similar: both are blonde, dumb and quite annoying schoolgirls.

same mangaka. both are very romantic and has drama in them. both are "forbidden" love - one because it's between twins and one because the guy has a heart desease.

Both manga are about a boy who have feelings towards a girl who is always with him. Both girls are smiling a lot, a bit stupid and don't understand the other side feelings though they always depend on the boys.
