Both manga are about two pretty hot brothers, opposites in both looks and personality, who are in love with their extremely plain short-haired sister. Sonnan Ja Ne Yo is a shoujo, while Brothers is a comedy-centered shounen.

Manga: Tajuu Jinkaku Tantei Psycho
Even though completely different in plot, mood, and lenght, both are weird Shou Tajima/Eiji Otsuka works which makes me think that the authors are obsessed with eyeballs and short-haired girls.
