This story is less than 30 pages long but will still manage to move you. With it being such a short manga, I only need to write a short review.

The story is original. It's about a vampire meeting an innocent young boy. Without wanting to spoil anything, if you keep reading you'll see what makes it original.

The art is good. Nothing amazing yet nothing bad.

This story only has two main characters. There is some depiction of other characters, but little to no background story is given about them. Still, while only appearing in one panel they manage to pique your interest.

'Monster and Child' is a great example of a short, but sweet story. Though it's only a one shot (30 or so pages) it brought me to tears. The story really emphasized the thought of loneliness, loss and love.

The people around me are always saying how they want to love forever, to see their children grow up and to see their grandchildren and such, but all of that is futile.
Things like that are emphasized in movies a lot as well and a lot of people seem to agree with it.
This one shot shows you the pain.
