Pika Ichi and Oresama Teacher both have strong protagonists who have a strong sense of justice and want to help others at their school. They both even have that one dense student-become-sidekick that doesn't seem to get it most of the time.  

Pika*Ichi has good-guy delinquents as the main characters, and they go up against the "student council" while trying to make their school better. It's very funny and every character adds something to the mix. It sounds similar to Oresama Teacher, but the comedy and characters are very different so you won't feel as though you're reading a knock-off. Pika*Ichi is a little more shoujo, while I'd consider Oresama Teacher to be a little more shounen. Both are fantastic and hilarious. 

Both feature outcast type mcs dispensing "justice" to some people who deserve it as well as the characters sharing an interest unusual to the mainstream. 

both are high school settings that deal with nasty bullies and how they meet their downfall as well as nice art and character designs. 

It was similar with two students changing the school,the only difference is that the main boy & girl in pikaichi were invisible & their likeness of yakuza movies. 

Pika ichi and fly high are both about a girl who has a strong sense of justus and wants to make there school a better place. Fighting agents all odds and bullies to make there school a better place wail making valuable friends at the same time! 

Both manga have some pretty feisty and ruthless bad bitches in it as well as lots of cute art and character designs and some nasty petty bullies getting their comeuppance.  

Both have problems within the school from bullying, and a strong heroine trying to change it.
