What links these two is what separates them from everything else I've read: three people living together under the same roof (one guy and two women) and the guy managing to have an intimate relationship with the two of them, without war breaking out. The respective trios in the two come to share a close bond, in spite of the obvious jealousy issues that come with one guy doing two girls. There are countless harem series where multiple girls go after one guy and sod all ever happens. There are also many where the lead and his harem live together. But series with adult, 20+ characters,  read more

Both of these titles have underlying supernatural circumstances that push characters to swap saliva.

Both plots are almost identical since Hitsuja no Uta is about two siblings that suffers from an extremely rare disease and Sakuranbo Syndrome is about a university student that suffers from an extremely rare disease. The two series focuses on the main character’s life.

Both have a main character that must be kissed by another specific person every single day to halt a transformation in their body that they do not want to happen.

Both involve a relationship between a man and an older woman and shares some traits with their equivalent characters. Both mangas are also heavy on romance and drama and also share similarities in some of the plot points.

Both series focuses on relationships but in rather unorthodox circumstances. In essence, their story connects characters through friendship and romance. The main male protagonist also has similar personalities - caring, compassionate, and helpful. The female protagonist on the other hand has more of a childish personality but does show their mature side as the series progresses. Both series are also known for their drama involving other characters that gets involved in their relationships; recommended for fans looking for a mature seinen or shoujo.

Male employee has a relationship with his boss. The difference is that Virgin Na Kankei focuses more on 'soft porn'. While Sakuranbo Syndrome focuses on different things (and a loli-ish problem).

Created by the same author with a psychological drama twist to its romance plot, both series follows a darker story what they seem to be. The main male protagonist gets themselves involved in complicated situations where their relationships are tested to the limit. Throughout both series, the MC struggles to maintain his role to help others yet faces problems of his own. Interpersonal issues aside, both series also contains a decent amount of maturity. Expect plot twists and a story where personal desires become more than just a problem.
