Okay. First off, I have never ever read a PUBLISHED book that had so many spelling errors and grammatical errors. I actually own a physical copy of the book, so I was just baffled at this. It seems like the translator had great difficulty spelling simple worlds like "cell phone" which she/he would constantly spell as "cel phone", and then on random occasions spell it the correct way. Sentences sometimes didn't even make sense, and it was like the translator decided to state something a certain way, and then change their mind mid-sentence and not go back to fix the rest of it. I would
...
let stuff like this slide if it was once or twice, but these errors were just all over the book. Some sentences aren't even capitalized.
Plot/Story: I thought the plot was interesting, as well as the characters, but the author didn't go as in depth as I wished she did. Though there seems to be 2 more books in this series so I hope the characters pasts, etc are described more. So far the story seems cute and interesting, I'm curious how the rest of the books will go. Also, if you're looking for a story that has a fast paced story that get's the the "sexy scenes" really fast. This is not the book for you.
Okay, so you know how many yaoi novels have really in depth detail about the "sexy time" going on in the story? Not this one. The author went more into detail about one of the main characters eating cakes then she did with anything else. The kissing scenes were described fine in this story, but in the first book, no "real action" happens between the characters in the main story, so I can't go into detail about how she described that. The side story on the other hand. Wow. Them "doing the nasty" was entirely summed up in like 2 sentences. And it was basically talking about kissing, then random new paragraph that talks about how they wake up together, and "WOW I CAN'T BELIEVE WE HAD SEX". I just found this very odd. I forgot to mention that, but the story sometimes just breaks off into new paragraphs that "start a new scene". It can go from them eating dinner to a character randomly being on a train and going somewhere.
Art:
I liked the art, but in like every scene the artist drew at least one of the characters was blushing for no reason. Bit odd, but I can deal with it. Also, the characters in the main story & in the side story look insanely similar. I didn't even know they were different characters until I read that they had new names.
Overall: I enjoyed this, and plan to get the other books. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, WHOEVER PUBLISHED THIS SERIES (I think Blue) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIRE THE TRANSLATOR/WHOEVER TYPED UP THIS STORY.
