Dumb plot spoilers.
God, I don’t know where to start because there’s just so many things wrong with this manwha. But all of the problems realistically stem from one issue: the misuse of time skips. Don’t get me wrong, I love time skips like no other person; even if they aren’t so useful, it’s a fresh change of pace. However, in the span of three or four chapters, there were more time skips than the amount of chapters. Now, this of course sparks all sorts of problems: Lack of character depth, plot direction, and mood.
The characters, perhaps excluding the mom, are ridiculous and forgettable at

the very least. I kid you not, there’s a time skip into two characters being introduced and then another time skip after them saying their name. That’s how most of the characters get introduced in the initial chapters, which is ridiculous as they get nearly no backstory nor any further development/introduction.
Besides for the side characters being generic buffoons, the mc is made just as ridiculous. Again, because of the use of time skips, his come-up on his magical powers get virtually no attention, as the author passes it off to the plot point of “Mc was a genius mathematician back in his school days bs.”
I’m confused on where the plot is going, as I presumed the story would be taking the wholesome, spend time with the family route, but of course, the author did a complete 180 and made the story follow a revenge-like trope. I only have an issue with this, as the twist didn’t come sooner, in other words, when I was engaged to the story.
I hate addressing art styles as a major factor for most stories, but the artstyle in this simply does not have any place being near any twist/violent manwha. Don’t get me wrong, the artstyle is good for a cuter mood, but it does not belong near the plot the author is following, as it lacks seriousness.
This is just a textbook example of how not to use timeskips, creating this massive domino effect of making every aspect of this manwha shallow.
You guys know this is just my opinion, right?
