Manga: Maoyuu Maou Yuusha: 'Kono Ware no Mono to Nare, Yuusha yo' 'Kotowaru!'
Hero vs Demon Queen. Throw in romance into the mix and complications develop. Both very similar in genre and great read.

Manga: Orange Marmalade
Due to differences in racial origins (demon vs. human in Superior and Vampire vs. human in Orange Marmalade), the heroine hides her true identity, yet falling in love with the male lead despite knowing the rift that exist between their births. The major twist is, for both of the manga, the said two races hate each other intensely because each group think it is impossible to survive without exterminating the other. Can their love overcome hate, discrimination, and destiny?

Manga: Outlanders
Both manga have a similar premise of a relationship between different species that determines the fate of a war. Also, the romances occur between two individuals that were initially enemies. However, they are different because Superior is a fantasy adventure while Outlanders is sci-fi

Both have to do with powerful demons except in Superior the demon lord is a woman who falls in love with the man she is supposed to kill.

Manga: Your Throne
With the villain as the protagonist, we get to see and understand their own view, as we follow them in their struggle to deal with a world where there is the good guys and the bad ones. Superior appeared, way earlier than the popular "villaines protagonist" genre, which is why it can give you an refreshing aproach about these genre.

Manga: Übel Blatt
The fantasy genre,plus they're both about fighting.Only Superior is about the demon queen with a bit romance,and Ubel Blatt is mostly about fighting.Anyway,I think they're both awesome.I surely recommend Ubel Blatt,it's awesome

Manga: Dai Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu
Both alternate between light-hearted and heartwrenching moments. These series involve a Hero and a Demon and they make you question what really makes one a Hero or a Demon.

Manga: D.Gray-man
Both are shounen mangas by female mangaka, so they have a similar aesthetic. And the main male characters are all really nice-looking. Both are fantasies, with lots of action and comedic moments. They deal with strong moral topics. The male leads fight monsters in accordance with their own principles (Allan saving souls of akuma, Yuusha not killing or harming monsters). Most noteable difference is that Superior has a female lead.

Manga: Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjou, Aruiwa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen
Both are stories of forbidden love between people who should be enemies. It shows both sides coming together to fight against another force, and it features moments of introspection when the protagonists question their own feelings compared to their allegiances. Both also feature fantasy and magic in their battles.

Manga: Mahou Tsukai Kurohime
both of the main female characters share similar personalities. the artwork and the story is good. totally recommend trying it out.

Manga: 9-banme no Musashi
Plot, Character, Art-wise, they very different, but both series blurs the boundary between shoujo and shounen, josei and seinen, combining some great aspects of the two opposites that many mangaka are afraid to do. Musashi #9 is a shoujo with a realistic art style whose main character is one of the most powerful secret agents in the world. Guys wouldn't feel embarrassed at all to pick this up, and even the romance that comes is not fluff. Superior is published in Square Enix, where most series are shounen. Art is beautifully detailed and has the sensibilties of shoujo, but it is not lack of fighting  read more

Manga: The Legend of Maian
At first I was left perplexed: how could Dal Young have been 'inspired' to create Maian when Maoyuu Maou Yuusha seemingly came to be a good few years after Maian began?... Then, I remembered that Superior and Maoyuu have practically identical premises. Maian, Superior and Maoyuu share one vital element that makes them the series they are: a hero (descendant in Maian) finds himself traversing the world with an 'evil', world-conquering, voluptuous woman. As they travel together, it *SHOCKINGLY* turns out that Ms. Evil is actually a good person, and romance blossoms.

Manga: Trigun
Vash and Exa could be the same characters accidentally placed in two different manga. Both want to achieve peace throughout the world by "not killing anyone". It's all about self-sacrifice and "love and peace" for the main characters. Packed with comedy and action, if you enjoyed one, you'll undoubtedly enjoy the other.

Manga: Crimson Spell
The humour is very similar, and when I was reading Superior, Crimson Spell really came to mind... but for those who do not read yaoi (boy x boy), Crimson Spell is probably not for you. Crimson Spell also has a lot more smut. :P

Manga: 3x3 Eyes
guy meets demon girl they fall in love and they go on a journey together both have action and great plots with a touch of romance that keeps you reading. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
