"God's in His Heaven" is a somber slice-of-life about a girl whose parents are dead, and is presently visiting her sick uncle, who adopted her and her younger sister, in the hospital.
On the technical side, this is a competent manga. Panels flow from one to the other in a logical manner, and there is just the right detail and focus on certain characters and expressions to convey the necessary emotion.
There is also a brief comedic moment that succeeded in making me laugh slightly. That's more than most comedy one-shots have managed, so it deserves credit there.
