This had potential and I liked it at first.
Art was fine. Characters looked fine but the battle and action scenes were rough at times. Key action panels didn't really pop and battle sequences felt more like explanations rather than battles. Plot and development started off very strong in my opinion at the start. The setup along with the initial character introductions and dynamics between the two main characters were interesting and showed promise for unique deviation from similar stories like Death March or Shield Hero.
