This is a pretty enjoyable read if you decide to shut off your brain and ignore all of the plot holes, lack of realism, and conveniences that the author writes. Let’s be clear: The writing is absolute dog water, but the manga instills the feeling of a guilty pleasure, which is as far as it goes.
Every character in the manga are incredibly conveniently created by the author, especially the main character. The main character apparently got bullied, but he’s quite likable and practical, rather, too practical. The mc was made to know every single life skill while also having items for almost every single
...
situation, which becomes quite tiring to read after the 500th time. The side characters, or the waifus, virtually have one purpose and no development while being shallow, as they fall on the mc’s fishing rod for basically no reason at all. Antagonists are the absolute cliches, so there’s not much to comment on them.
Like noted before, this manga is only enjoyable if you turn your brain off; there’s a lot of entertainment stemming from this manga that’s shrouded by the somewhat idiotically written plot and characters.
