Honestly, this was not satisfying to read, even though I gave it my best.
Throughout the whole manga, the feeling that was conveyed seemed kind of stiff and awkward, which may be doe to the topic of them being "worlds apart". Owada being unhealthily stuck on that thought, screaming unnecessary often made the development of the couple extremely slow and uncomfortable to read, which might also be why all the characters seemed flat personality wise and did not undergo any noticeable changes. Most of their actions felt unreasonably random or childish, same goes for the problems they encountered.
Throughout, there was a lot of unnecessary violence,
...
which was not used for self-defense or underlining certain aspects of characters. It just seemed like violence for the sake of itself, and it certainly isn't fun watching someone getting hurt for nothing.
Even though, later in the last few chapters, some slight changes were noticeable. Like them finally talking things out. But reaching the "satisfying" part of this manga takes proportional long for it being recommendable.
Besides that, the art is extremely appealing to me. It perfectly underlines some of the cuter aspects of Kato (e.g. his pretty looks) or the couple-moments they had. If I had to say, the last 30 or so pages were the peak performance of this manga.
Concluding, the uncomfortable parts pushed my rating down to 4 but, as it was exhausting to read, but the art and especially the last chapter pushed it back to 5. It is not good, but also not too bad. Just average
Everything is based on my personal opinion!
