Synopsis

Nagisa Usami is a yankee who suffers from a rare disease which causes her health to decline if she feels lonely. Natsuhito Sewa, the boy who sits next to her in class, realizes this and keeps her company, but the only way Usami believes she can cure her illness is to make lots of friends, a process she might find quite difficult due to her aggressive looks and personality.

The synopsis is basically the whole story. So the FMC suffers from a syndrome that makes her sick when she's super lonely. I know it's exaggerated but she basically faints if she feeks lonely. However before our kind and generic MMC took pity on her and decided to be her friend, she was alone all her life?

So the question that came to my mind was, how was she surviving UNTIL NOW? Anyways our MC becomes friends with her, and it so happens that people start seeing her kind side and she made a few more friends. Typical SOL shenanigans happen, and there's no real ...
