Synopsis

Nagisa Usami is a yankee who suffers from a rare disease which causes her health to decline if she feels lonely. Natsuhito Sewa, the boy who sits next to her in class, realizes this and keeps her company, but the only way Usami believes she can cure her illness is to make lots of friends, a process she might find quite difficult due to her aggressive looks and personality.

I think a lot of the reviews that I read here so far is pretty accurate; the synopsis tells you exactly what to expect. If you're looking for a twist, you won't find it here. Is that a bad thing? I don't think so.

The characters are pretty flat, but there is a good variety of them to keep things somewhat fresh. The plot is more or less not there; it is a true slice of life tale. The synopsis is basically the whole story. So the FMC suffers from a syndrome that makes her sick when she's super lonely. I know it's exaggerated but she basically faints if she feeks lonely. However before our kind and generic MMC took pity on her and decided to be her friend, she was alone all her life?

If you read the synopsis and imagine the MCs going through all the cliché situations from a typical high school romcom, you’ll get the gist of this manga.

It fails in every aspect. The romance is vapid, the comedy is painfully flat, the characters are shallow, the SoL elements are a slog even for SoL standard, the art is below average, and the story is plagued with clichés and pacing issues.
