It is tough to analyze Himesama "Goumon" no Jikan desu due to its nature of being a Gag Manga, but it is always worth a try.
First off, you need to understand that there is no real progression in the story (except for a few sporadic chapters) so the pacing is extremely tiring if you like to binge-reading. In a normal work this would be an extremely negative point, but due to the proposal of the manga it is understandable that this occurs even if it is exhausting.

It's fun to read at first but it gets repetitive very fast. I couldn't sustain my interest. I mean it's the same thing again and again. It would be fun to read it once in a while though for entertainment, but not to be read on a go. That'd be boring.
The main character is a princess who has been captured by her enemies in a dungeon and asked to spill the beans (royal confidential secrets) but she doesn't give in. Then, the enemies decide to torture her through delicious food, video games, and mundane pleasure which she cannot help but give in to. It's fun ...

I've gotta say that when I first read the title of this manga I expected it to be about actual torture, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it's pretty much about the opposite. The 'torture' scenes in the manga are all adorable, and I find that the introduction of different torturers with their own style are enough to keep this series from getting overly repetitive. I think this manga really shines in how it subverts typical dark fantasy tropes and how enjoyable the cooking scenes are.
I'll admit that every chapter is essentially just a different form of the same joke, but ...

Honestly, I am not going to deny that the greatest attraction of the manga is seeing how the princess is tortured in those strange and fun ways that make you laugh (mainly the idea of the manga) Therefore we are not going to have complicated or convoluted plots, a manga that is easy to swallow Maybe you'll get tired of the same characters over and over again, but that's what makes a manga easy to read The manga is fun and cute, just turn off your brain if you are not stupid and if you are (like me) you will ...

Basically, there's a war going on between a human kingdom and a demon horde. Said demon horde managed to capture said human kingdom's princess, along with her weapon, a sentient sword called Excalibur (or "Ex", for short). Imprisoned in the dungeons of the demon king's castle, the princess is subjected to various tortures by the demon king's many torturers to extract secrets about the human kingdom from her. However, it turns out the demons in this setting are incredibly kind and gentle beings, as the various tortures they subject the princess and her sword to are as cute and as harmless as you can imagine.

This manga is set up with a cyclical structure, where the same main conflict repeats itself every chapter. However, this sort of fades out in later chapters and becomes more relaxed and open-world, which is an interesting progression. As a gag manga, you have a repertoire set of core jokes. This is probably too repetitive for some tastes, but it's what accompanies the main joke that is a bit more enticing and worth the read.

It's cute, it's harmless. It's...annoying.
You don't notice it at first because of the occasional twist but pretty much every single chapter is the exact same thing over and over again. From the timing to the punchlines it's so fucking samey with little to no difference, maybe it will be a different food or a different animal or a different game but each time it leads to the- EXACT. SAME. FUCKING. JOKES. Again it's cute, it's even a little funny at the start, but at chapter 60 I just got so bored.
